• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学術研究は，研究者の自由な発想と自主的な研究活動を源泉として行われている．その活動の中で論文やレポート，発表資料のように一定の形にまとめられた文書が作り出される．これらは，多くの場合電子化され，文書データベースに蓄積されている．しかし，論文等のデジタル文書だけでなく，それらを作成する過程において発生する定型化されていない知識には，研究メンバの中で共有すべき重要性の高いものも多く含まれているが，それらが電子化され蓄積されているケースは少ない．そこで，本研究では，これらの非定型な知識を，デジタル文書の登録や検索の際に，デジタル文書に連携させて収集し，研究グループ内でそれらを共有し活用する方式を提案する．具体的には，デジタル文書に情報を付加したり関連付けをしたりするメモの形で，意見等を収集し，非定型な知識の蓄積を図った．また，メモを介在して，従来は独立して保存されていたデジタル文書間につながりができる．このことにより，蓄積された文書が個別の情報として利用されるだけでなく，様々なアイディアや付加知識により連携された，より知識化された研究情報データベースとして有用な研究支援になることを目指している．また，プロトタイプの評価も行い本システムの有効性を検証した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The proposed system is primarily focused on research activities that create various kinds of knowledge. Some of the knowledge is formalized, such as papers and reports, and in many cases, it is stored as electronic documents. On the other hand, the unformalized-knowledge is not kept, however, it probably includes important information that should be shared by members in the research group. In this work, we note this part of knowledge, and propose a system to manage it. The functions provided by the system are: storing unformalized-knowledge as memos attached to electronic documents, and linking documents with memos. Therefore, the system not only provides auxiliary information to documents, but also makes linkage between them, clustering documents into new sets. By using this system and analyzing its working results, we aim at supporting research activities. Finally, we include the evaluation of the system's prototype
