• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 情報技術の発展にともないインターネット，ソフトウェアなどを多くの人が利用するようになった．当然それらのアクセシビリティが確保されなければならない．そのためJIS規格により高齢者，障害のある人のWEBアクセシビリティについてガイドラインが発行された．今後アクセシビリティはWEBあるいは情報機器を開発するうえで重要なキーワードとなるであろう．しかるに新たな技術の導入によりアクセシビリティが低下する事例がある．ロボットソフトウェアによるメールアカウント自動取得を防止するため導入された画像認証テストがその1つである．本研究ではこの技術について，実際に障害を持つ人がパスワード取得作業を行う実験を通じてアクセシビリティの課題を提示した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Many people came to use the Internet and software with development of an information technology. Those accessibility for users must be maintained. Therfore, the JIS standard by which the guideline was published about the WEB accessibility. WEB accessibility will become an important keyword when developing WEB or an information technology. However, there is an example to which the accessibility of a system gets worse by adoption of new technology. Many companies have recently begun requiring user to pass a bitmapped image verificaton test in order to prevents a software-robot. In this study, the problem of bitmapped image verification test was invesitegated experimentally.
