• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 若者の職業観の醸成を目的として，学校教育における進路指導やキャリア教育の充実が図られている．しかしながら，平成 22 の厚生労働省の調査によれば，高等教育機関卒業 3 年後の離職率は 3 割に昇ることから，生涯に渡る就業力育成が十分に実施されているとは必ずしもいえない．働くことに悩みを抱えている若者向けに支援を行っている都内近郊支援機関における課題を調査したところ，体験型アクティブラーニングの支援が手薄であることが確認された．本研究では，東京都内でニート・ひきこもり支援を行っている NPO の協力を得て，体験型の就労支援プログラムを開発し，その有効性を検証した．検証の結果，e ラーニングと体験ワークショップからなる就労支援プログラムは，ニート・ひきこもり状態にある無業者の就業力育成に有効である可能性が示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In order for young men to cultivate employability, institutions of higher education are seeking to enrich the career education. However, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare found that 30 percent of students who go to an institution of higher education retire within three years after employment in 2010. Although lifelong education carried out in Japan, it may not be adequate and efficient education. We investigated the support institution near the Tokyo metropolitan area, and we found that experienced training about employability was scanty. We developed the experienced training about employability using e learning and workshop in cooperation with NPO which is offering social withdrawal support. Active learning which consists of e-learning and a workshop may be effective as a result of investigation.
