• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 我々は一人ひとりからビジョンとビジョンを達成するために必要な過程や方法を収集し，これらをつなぎ合わせることで，組織全体で見たときの組織目標とこれを達成するための過程が可視化できることを，調査を通じて発見した．我々は，発見した知見をもとに，組織目標と個人の思いとの関係を可視化する手法を開発し，実際のデータを用いてその有効性の確認を行った．その結果，提案する手法により，組織方針と個人の思いとの関係を妥当な形で示すことができることを確認した．また，一人ひとりの情報からでは気付きえないが，複数人の情報を用いることで浮かび上がる関係を可視化する効果があることも確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We discovered that we can visualize an organization vision and the process to achieve it by collecting and analyzing individual visions and thesis process through the fieldwork. Then, we developed this analysis technique, and the effectiveness was confirmed by using actual data. When we collected data, we did interview that used the work-sheet. And when we visualized the result, we used an original tool. As aresult, we were able to show an appropriate answer. Moreover, we found the effect of making new relation that can not notice by the information obtained from one person
