Especially, we focus on eyesight characteristic. We verify visual effect given by proposal architecture. In concequence, the more coding bits are allocated to gaze point, the better visual image quality is. This architecture is realized by using coding control method and scalability scheme. This method is used by eyesight characteristics functions. On the other hand, scalability one offers visual requirement functions.
