• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現在の情報検索において、Web サーチエンジンの利用は中心的な役割を果たしている。しかしながら、検索結果において必要な情報の発見が困難、信頼性に欠ける情報が少なくないなど様々な問題も存在する。この問題は、図書館の利用によって解消することができる。現在の図書館を利用する上での欠点として、提供されている情報やリソースが利用者に分かり易い形で整備されていないこと、Web 上の情報と比較すると図書館の情報は即時性に欠けることなどが挙げられる。この状況を改善するため、Wikipedia や Web ディレクトリなどの Web 資源、図書分類体系（NDC:日本十進分類法、BSH:基本件名表目表）や情報検索メタ知識などの図書館資源を統合的に利用することにより、図書館員が行っているレファレンス応答サービスの自動化の実現を図ることを目指す。最初の取り組みとして、本研究では分類体系の統合ブラウジングインタフェースを実装した。さらに，Web ディレクトリと図書館資源での分類体系統合に対し、先行研究であるカテゴリマッチングツール HICAL を適用し評価を行った。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While using Web search engines plays a central role in information retrieval, the outputs of the Web search engines have several problems: for example, it is difficult to find necessary information: and there are not a few information with low reliability. These problems can be solved with using libraries. However, the information and resources provided by libraries have the following problems: those are not properly organized for ordinary users; and those are less contemporary than the information on the Web. To improve the situation, we aim at realization of automatization of reference service that a librarian provides by using library resources integratively such as information retrieval meta-knowledge, book classification system (NDC:Nippon Decimal Classification, BSH:Basic Subject Headings), and Web resource (for example, Wikipedia and Web Directory). As the first step, we implemented an integrated browsing-interface of classification systems. Furthermore, we applied a category matching method HICAL to classification system integration of the Web directory and library resources.
