 note = {人類の貴重文化資産を，デジタル技術を使って製作・保存し世界へ発信をしようという「デジタルアーカイブ」が注目されている．デジタル化されたデータを真に有効に利用するためには，データの加工や視覚化といったコンテンツ制作にかかわる技術も不可欠である．本論文では，龍谷大学大宮図書館が所蔵する大谷探検隊シルクロード収集資料のWWWコンテンツ化について述べる．我々は，開発した高精細画像入力システムを用いて，大谷探検隊シルクロード収集資料を素材として入力し，データの蓄積，加工を行った．さらに，コンテンツ作成の中でブラウザ部品として，直感操作性をもちながら大局的な情報と局所的な情報とを同時に表示できるパースロードの情報視覚化手法を提案した．制作した大谷探検隊シルクロード収集資料のコンテンツをWeb上で公開することにした．, Digital archives on human cultural heritages are becoming increasingly popular due to the advantages of digitizing and WWW technology. Meanwhile, the techniques of data process and visualization metaphor are indispensable to representing the digitized contents effectively. In this paper, we present a visualization technique for WWW contents of Ohtani Silk Road collections preserved in Ryukoku University. Using a high definition image capture system the Ohtani Silk Road collections are digitized and furthermore the corresponding database is constructed. We propose a visualization metaphor named "PersRoad Metaphor" to represent the digitized collection contents within a fantastic visual effect, which enables viewer to have a virtual exploration sense on Silk Road. The archive is opened to the public on a WWW site.},
