• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 家庭内ユビキタス環境におけるロボットインタフェースの対話システムを 生活実証実験を通し?て評価した.ロボットの対話戦略としては ユーザ間対話への割込みや音声の誤認識や雑音による偶発的なキーワードの一致により ロボットから対話を開始することで ユーザの潜在的なニーズを引き出したりユーザのシステムに対する理解を促進させたりする 連想しりとり型対話戦略を開発した.この連想しりとり型対話戦略と 66 種のホームサービスを インタフェースロボットに実装し 被験者に日常生活で実際に利用してもらった.2 家族にそれぞれ 2 週間寝食を含む生活をしてもらい その対話ログを解析し数量的な評価を行った.これらの評価とアンケートの分析から 提案した対話戦略の有効性を明らかにした.

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper presents results of real-life experiments to evaluate a dialog system for an interactive robot interface in a home ubiquitous computing environment. The system adopts a word-association type of dialog strategy in which the robot initiates a conversation about home services in the event of a keyword match during a conversation between users or even when an accidental match occurs due to erroneous speech recognition or noise. This strategy extracts potential user needs and facilitates user comprehension of the system. We installed this dialog system and information on 66 kinds of home-appliance services in the robot interface and asked two families to use the robot in everyday life for a period of two weeks. A quantitative analysis of the resulting conversation logs from these two families and the results of a questionnaire revealed that the proposed dialog strategy can be an effective technique for a home robot interface.
