In order to resolve these congestions, various types of crowded condition measurement technique are proposed. However, there is few crowded condition measurement technique which focuses on using status of equipment such as tables and chairs in a food court or cafeteria. In this paper, we proposed a way for detecting crowded conditions using rotating radar shaped pyroelectric infrared sensor. This system uses a pyroelectric infrared sensor and Infrared distance sensor. The pyroelectric infrared measure the human. The Infrared distance sensor measure distance. This paper, this system measure the three areas. Its area is on the desk, seating, floor area.
