 note = {本稿では，共通知人介入型 Q&A システムを基盤とした安全・安心な出会い支援システム “NARESOMAKER” を提案し，その有用性をユーザスタディによって検証する．従来の出会い系システムの多くでは，システム登録者のプロフィールから自分の気に入った相手を見つけ，自発的にコンタクトを取る手法が一般的に用いられている．しかしながら，自分と相性が良い人を見つけることや，全くの他人に自分からいきなりコンタクトを取ることが難しいなどの障壁が多く存在している．そこで，提案システムでは共通知人の介入と，話しかけるきっかけを生み出すために Q&A システムを用いることで，それらの障壁を軽減する．システムの評価を行った結果，安全かつ円滑な出会いを提供できるシステムとして性能を発揮できる可能性が示された．, In this paper, we propose “NARESOMAKER” system that is a safe and reliable matchmaking system and investigate its usefulness by conducting user studies. Many of ordinary dating site's system adopted systems where users chose partners based on their profiles and contacted them by themselves. However, this method had some barriers. For example, it is difficult to find a compatible person and even if you can find a compatible person, it is still very difficult to greet for the first time. Therefore, NARESOMAKER incorporated a Q&A system to provide initial topics of communications and employed the common friend' recommendations to find the compatible persons. As a result of the user studies with NARESOMAKER, we obtained some possibility that NARESOMAKER can alleviate the initial barriers of first encountering.},
