In this research, when the hope which a sender has could be reduced, the feeling of duty which a receiver has also decreased, and assumption that communication does not care could be performed to a partner was formed. When the basis of this assumption and the sent message disappear by a definite period of time, the communication tool which reduces a receiver's feeling of duty is proposed.
