In addition to the normal operations of PKE, with a dedicated re-encryption key (generated by an original receiver A), a proxy can turn ciphertexts originally destined for user A (called original ciphertexts) into those for user B. In basic PRE, a user cannot control a policy which an original ciphertext is re-encrypted. In this paper, we introduce a new notion of functional conditional-proxy-re-encryption (F-CPRE). We first formulate such a model of F-CPRE scheme and security notions (payload-hiding properties).
