 note = {近年，大学での ICT 活用教育は普及が進み，学習者は e ラーニング教材を利用する機会が増えている．しかし，大学新入生の ICT 活用能力等の調査によれば，大学入学時には基礎的なスキルが充分に身についていない学習者が多いと考えられる．これは，e ラーニングを行うにあたって序盤のつまずきを招き，学習意欲を阻害する要因となる可能性を示唆している．筆者らは，e ラーニング導入教育を行うことは必要であると考え，いくつかの大学が e ラーニングのための導入教育の提示を行なっているかを調査した．本稿では，その状況と問題点を検討し， e ラーニング導入教育への提案を行う．, Recently, it is usual in higher educations to use a Information Communication Technologies (ICT) for teaching and learning so that learners expand opportunities for learning with use of e-Learning materials．It is shown that many of freshmen of universities do not have enough fundamental ICT skills according from a report of a survey of ICT skills. It may indicate that the insufficient skills become decreasing of their motivation of e-learning on its early stages. We considered that Introductory Education to e-Learning is needed. In this paper, comparing with several universities' sites, we propose the list of practical skills in e-learning classes.},
