• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 電子メディアの一つである電子メールは長い歴史があり普及度も非常に高い．電子メールは社会の情報化のなかで必要欠くべからものとなっている．そのため，大学においても情報リテラシーの一つとして電子メールに関する教育を必修の授業として行っていることが多い電子メールに関する教育を設計し実施するためには受講生のこれまでの経緯と現状を把握することが必要である．本稿ではその把握を目的に実施したアンケート調査の結果とその考察について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The E-mail has long history and it is widely spread media in the Internet. Therefore, in many cases, the education about an E-mail is performed as a requirement lesson in the university as one of the information literacy education. In order to design and carry out the education about the E-mail, it is required to comprehend their circumstances and present condition. This paper reports the results and its consideration of the questionnaire carried out for the purpose of it.
