のパラメータ値の調整を試行錯誤的に繰り返すことで実施されてきた．しかし，より短期間で良い操舵感を実現することが事業上求められた．本稿では，様々な専門性を持つメンバが，電動パワーステアリングの評価・調整作業を支援することを目標として参加した開発プロジェクトにおいて，(1) 思いがけず熟練者が開発プロセスを主導することで，(2) 可視化された熟練者の技能に基づくインタラクションが活発になり，その結果，(3) 熟練者が実践する技能を新たな技術で適切に置換でき，イノベーションと呼ぶに値する意識および技術上の変革が達成された事例を報告する．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In the development of an automotive electric-power-steering (EPS) system, a natural feel in the steering wheel is an essential issue for manufacturers. An expert-test-driver has tuned up many parameters of a control-unit through trial and error process to achieve better feel, in the past. Technologies was strongly required that could tune the parameters in shorter period of time and to achieve better steering feel. Toward that end, those who have various experties make a commitment to the R&D project which we report in this paper. Through the analysis of this case, we find that: (1) the expert-test-driver come to leads the development process, (2) he invigorate interaction among members of the project, which is based on the visualized skill of the expert, (3) the skill can be replaced reasonably by new technologies that we have developped in the project.
