| 内容記述 | 本報告では，モノクロ画像を自動で着色するためにベクトルメディアンによる色選択に基づいた新しい方法を提案する．提案手法では，モノクロ画像と似た対象物が写った参照カラー画像を用意し，その参照カラー画像の持つ色彩情報を用いてモノクロ画像を着色する．まず参照カラー画像を局所分散の値により ２ つに分け，さらに明度毎に分割する．各グループからベクトルメディアン法により代表色を選択することで，着色パレットを作成する．次にモノクロ画像の局所分散と，明度調整したモノクロ画像の明度を用いて，着色パレットから色を選択し着色する．最後に着色後の画像に対し，クロスバイラテラルフイルタによる平滑化処理と，明度比を用いた色修正処理を行うことによって領域境界の着色結果の補正を行う．様々な自然画像を用いた実験を行い，得られた結果を主観評価することで提案手法の有効性を確認する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In this report, in order to realize automatic colorization of a monochrome image, a new colorization method is proposed. In this method, a reference color image including the subjects similar to those of the monochrome image should be prepared beforehand. Firstly, two palettes is created by local variance and vector median. Secondly, an input monochrome image adjusted to lightness is colored by local variance and vector median using two palettes. Finally, unnatural colorization results are modified by the cross bilateral filter and the lightness ratio-based color modification. In this study, the colorization experiments using various natural images are done. | |||||||
