• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，保育所・幼稚園などの幼児教育分野では，保育に困難をともなう「気になる子」の問題に直面している．気になる子の保育には，医学・心理学などの専門知識が必要となるが，現場保育者がそれらを十分に備えているとはいえない．この状況を解決するため，専門知識を持つ相談員が園を回り，子どもの様子を分析し，保育者を支援する巡回相談が開始された．しかし予算・要員の限界から，十分な巡回相談は行われていない．そこで，本論文では，継続的な巡回相談を実現しつつ，相談事例を知識として検索・利用できる巡回相談支援システムを提案する．本システムによれば，巡回相談後も引き続き，保育者と相談員が情報交換できる．プロトタイプシステムによる社会実験を実施し，その結果とシステムダイナミクスを併用してシステムの実現性を分析した．その結果，保育者と相談員との情報共有には役立つものの，非正規雇用の保育者のみを利用者とする場合には，知識の蓄積に限界があることが示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, kindergartens and nursery schools are facing a big problem: increase in the number of children requiring special care and attention, called "Children with Special Needs."A kind of expertized knowledge is required for the kindergarten/nursery school teacher having children with special needs in her/his class. This is, however, not a case as usual. Corresponding to this situation, the Japanese Government has assigned counselors who visit each school upon request of the school. This activity is called the “Circuit counseling system.” However, it is difficult for the counselors to reserve enough time to talk with teachers because the teachers are very busy and the single counselor must visit many schools. To resolve the problem, this paper proposes a support system called "Child Development Counseling Support System." which supports the continuous circuit counseling activity and encourages the communication between school teachers and counselor. Small experiments were conducted using the prototype system. The experiment proved the effectiveness of supporting the sharing of information. However it also proved that there are still some problems for accumulating the child care knowledge.
