• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 聴覚障害者にとって、音声言語を中心とする日常会話はどうしても 「まだらな理解」 に留め置かれることが多い。音声情報が不十分なことによる 「まだらな理解」 は、聴覚障害児の言語習得や、知識獲得を妨げてもいる。そこで本報告では、聴覚障害児の言語習得場面を主として、「まだらな理解」 を解消し、聴覚障害者・児が言語や知識を取得するために有益かつ必要なソフトウェアを提案する。これらは従来、会話の文脈に依存していたり、ないしは教材として自作されるような不便なものであったが、その役割をシステム化する事で、より効率が良く明晰な言語取得を可能にするだろう．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Over the past decades, little attention has been given to the potential of persons with Hearing-Hard in Japan. But since 2010, with growing recognition of the need to guarantee information access to hearing disabled people, some divices have been closed-captioned. The present study analyzes in greater detail the survey results summarized in “Research on The Usefulness of Closed Captions on TV Commercials”. And We discuss The potential of a "definition of situation" software for persons with Hearing-Hard. It examines in depth the utility of closed captions for deafness and hearing loss and their significance for society..
