However, when large amount of events are generated, overlooking of minor events or repetition of analyzing the same events is a serious concern. In this paper, we propose a method to evaluate the degree of importance of the events. The degree of importance is based on the amount of information that can be obtained by analyzing the traffic data of the events generated by this method. Thus, an efficient way to detect the insights of the events is possible and as a result improvement in network management can be achieved.
