• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Twitter や SNS といったソーシャルメディアを実現するメディアは，災害時の被災者において非常に有効なツールになると考えられるが，デマ拡散の問題や，現場との情報の共有・調整の困難さなど解決すべき課題は多い．災害時において利用者はどのようなメディアをどのように活用したらよいのだろうか．このためには，各メディアの特性を理解し，その特性に合った情報発信・共有の方法について検討していく必要があるだろう．本研究では，震災時におけるソーシャルメディア違いによる話題の違いを明らかにするために，Twitter と地域 SNS に投稿される記事をクラスタリングすることで話題を抽出し，各メディアでの話題の違いや，その時系列推移を分析する．さらに，記事投稿者の地域をみることで，地域による利用メディアの違いや投稿されるトピックの違いを明らかにする．分析結果より，Twitter と地域 SNS のそれぞれのメディアにおいて，情報共有意図のある投稿について違いがあることがわかった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this study, in order to clarify differences in topics between social media at the time of earthquake, we conduct a cluster analysis of articles posted on Twitter and local SNS to extract topics and analyze differences in topics between media and their time-series transition. Also, by seeing the regions of the people who posted the articles, we clarify the differences in media used and topics posted among regions. As the result of analysis, as for the differences in topics between media, main topics on Twitter were about worry, anxiety, and false rumors, and main topics on local SNS were about safe confirmation, lifeline, support, and shelters. Also, as for the differences in topics among regions, we found that main topics in afflicted areas were about worry, support, and lifeline and main topics in non-afflicted areas were about anxiety and radioactivity. Also, as the result of time-series analysis of topics, we found differences that soon after the earthquake, various topics were seen promptly on Twitter, and after the earthquake, topics continuously seen on Twitter were about false rumors and fund-raise, and topics continuously seen on local SNS were about support and lifeline.
