内容記述 Administration management in academic front has been realized one of the challenging issues as service provided in the administration has crucial role for the development of student and organization itself. Further, data obtained in the administration requires proper saving and management system which is difficult with traditional monolithic tools. However, we witnessed that saving, managing, reporting and manipulating of data in campus administration are still practiced with monolithic tools due to lack of proper collaborative tools. In this paper, we are highlighting the shortcomings of monolithic tools and proposing the new tool of web based Campus-SIA that we implemented during our research. Furthermore, we purpose the concept of social administrative software that is introduced in Campus-SIA in order to maximize the collaborative management. To support efficient handling of multiple management tasks, we further recommend the concept of social software and the service oriented architecture in order to extend our major business components into a multi-user setting. By architecting the entire system into multi-layered architecture, extensive security and high performance results are achieved and are considered highly efficient and provably secure.
