To prevent these incidents, organizations must reveal the importance of information properties and manage them properly. This paper, propose a method to discover a proper server for the documents focusing upon electronic document as information properties. We evaluate electronic documents in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability and search an optimum server that can protect safety of documents in the organization.
