To serve this purpose, so me support systems are developed based on current information and communication technology. It is difficult for the current support systems to watch a child properly by considering the context of the child, because the current systems can only use place as the context of a child. So parents have difficulty in observing if the child is safe or not. In this paper，we propose a new watch over system for the children that can reflect the context of the children using function of estimating destination.
