In the collaboration learning process the most important problem is the individual evaluation. Some research works by using the digital portfolio register in an electronic way the individual learning results. In this paper by considering the digital portfolio approach and the Internet Blog, we propose a Blog-based digital portfolio system. By using the proposed system, the users can feel affinity between them. In general, if the system can be used widely the students in a school can exchange their ideas with students of other schools. However, the present Blog sites are only the text-based.
