 note = {近年，少子高齢化社会の進展により，地域コミュニティによる高齢者の生活支援や，いきがい作りを目的とした活動が注目されてきている.本稿では，まずコミュニティ活動の現状と課題について述べ，地域通貨の流通性に課題があることを指摘した.次にその問題を解決するため，地域通貨の利用拡大が期待できる施設予約システムの導入を提案する.この施設予約システムでは，地域通貨をインターネットオークション形式に用いることにより効率的に予約の優先度が設定できる.さらに，本手法を取り入れた小規模サークル活動向けのプロトタイプシステムを構築し，システム機能の動作確認と仮運用を行い，今後の課題について考察した., Recently, the various life supports for the aged people provided by the local community service are being focused. This is due to the rising population of the aged people in Japanese society. Throughout this study case, we first discuss about the present situation and the problems of the local community services in Japan. Next, We suggest a new information technology system for a local institution-reservation system, which uses “community currency" . This system enables us to set the priority of the reservations by using the “community currency" in an auction form. Finally，We have constructed a proto-type system for small activity circles adopting this method，to test the effect of this new system.},
