• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年の急速な生活習慣病患者の増加に伴い，医師による生活習慣病指導管理が求められてきている.従来の指導管理システムでは，指導に重要なデータとなる血液化学検査データを取り込んでいない等，医師を十分に支援するシステムとはなっていなかった.これに対し，本論文では，「血液化学検査データの容易な取り込みと視覚化」，「評価指導テンプレート利用による指導書類作成の補助」を特徴とする，生活習慣病指導管理支援システムの提案を行う.システムを構築し，実際の医師に操作性，見易さ等のヒアリング調査を行い，システムの有効性を確認した.

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, the instruction and management for patient with lifestyle-related illness by doctors have been move needed because of the rapid increase of the patient with lifestyle-related illness. In the convertional instruction and management systems，as they don't supports to manage especially important data such as blood chemistry inspection data etc, they are not enough systems to support doctors. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new instruction and management system for the lifestyle-related illness. The fetures of the system are “easy operation and visualization on the blood chemistry inspection data", and“kind assistance to make instruction documents by using template with words or sentences on evaluation and instruction." We construct the proposed system and confirm its advantage by hearing to a real-doctor user on the operability, visual recognition.
