Business models of EC are being actively developed by many different enterprise and engineers，and implemented in many kinds of fields. the article analyzes the functions and structures of various usiness models，and proposes a business model of parts purchasing system，which is a typical pattern of the B to B (Business to Business) EC applications. The article also discusses the results of evaluating this prototype system.},
