However, one management organization can not be easy to distribute several servers to different places and guarantee data redundancy just by itself. In this paper, we propose a file management system to keep the files on each organization member which has a different operation policy with others. In this system, it is possible to change the configuration flexibly by separating permissions of user and administrator.
