 note = {2011 年 3 月 11 日に発生した東日本大震災以降，重要情報の分散管理に対する重要性が増しているが，一つの組織が独自に複数のサーバを分散配置しデータの冗長性を確保することは困難である．そこで本論文では運用ポリシーが異なる組織間で相互にファイルを保持するファイル管理システムを提案する．本システムでは，ユーザとサーバ管理者の権限を分離することで，構成変更に対して柔軟に対応可能である．また，実装に向けて行った予備実験の結果について考察する．, Since the East Japan Earthquake Disaster in 2011, the importance of critical information distributed management is increasing. However, one management organization can not be easy to distribute several servers to different places and guarantee data redundancy just by itself. In this paper, we propose a file management system to keep the files on each organization member which has a different operation policy with others. In this system, it is possible to change the configuration flexibly by separating permissions of user and administrator. In addition, we will have a previous experiment and investigate the results.},
