• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 大規模災害時に避難所において，災害情報を共有するシステムを提案する．提案システムは専用の避難所サーバーを用いず，被災者が持つスマートフォンのみで，安否情報，避難情報，生活情報などの災害情報の共有を実現する．災害情報は被災者が避難中にスマートフォンで収集し，避難所で本システムに提供する．本システムにより，通信インフラが使えず避難所にサーバーが無い状況においても，避難所内で災害情報を共有できる．

The proposed system used in a shelter in wide-scale disaster, doesn’t need shelter servers and consists only of smartphone to share disaster information. Evacuees collect disaster information with smartphone, then provide it to the proposed system in a shelter. By the proposed system, evacuees can share disaster information without need for communication infrastructure.
