• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，ネットワーク環境での取引やリソース配分において重要な基礎理論であるメカニズムデザインについて概説する．メカニズムデザインは，社会科学（ゲーム理論／ミクロ経済学）と計算機科学（人工知能／マルチエージェントシステム）の新たな学際領域として，近年活発に研究が行われている．本稿では，特に，オークションのメカニズムデザインに対して，ネットワーク環境での課題，数理計画法を利用した自動メカニズムデザイン(AMD)について紹介を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper introduces mechanism design as an important basic theory for trading and resource allocation on the Internet. Mechanism design is an interdisciplinary field including computer science（AI, multi-agent systems) and social science (game theory, microeconomics theory) and has attracted considerable attention. We introduce the studies of mechanism design for sponsored search auction and combinatorial auctions. Furthermore, we explain automated mechanism design (AMD) which utilizes a mathematical programming techniques.
