Although these kinds of systems are very useful, consumers need to take some active actions to obtain information. A typical example is keyword search which causes the digital divide. In this paper, an information exchange and diffusion environment based on the information stream is proposed and discussed. The proposed system enables consumers to get information as easy and simple as watching TV.
