 note = {旧来，P2P ファイル共有システムのように利用同士で情報を交換させたり，CDN のようにサーバ側からのアプローチとして情報配信インフラを構築するなど，様々な情報交換・流通環境が提案されてきた．しかし，このような既存環境から情報を取得するためには，キーワード検索を行うなど，システムに対して能動的な働きかけが必要となる．本稿では，情報を利用者の端末間で常に循環させることにより，利用者がシステムに対して能動的な働きかけなしに，テレビやラジオのように容易に情報を取得することができる情報交換・流通環境を提案する．また，提案環境の実現に向けた検討結果を示すとともに，開発したプロトタイプシステムについて述べる．, Several information exchange and diffusion environments, such as P2P file sharing systems and CDNs, have been proposed and used for information exchange among consumers. Although these kinds of systems are very useful, consumers need to take some active actions to obtain information. A typical example is keyword search which causes the digital divide. In this paper, an information exchange and diffusion environment based on the information stream is proposed and discussed. The proposed system enables consumers to get information as easy and simple as watching TV. A prototype system is also described.},
