• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ISMS や ITSMS などの国際規格化されたマネジメントシステムは，相互に調和し，これらの統合化を妨げない．本報告では，ISMS から ITSMS に向けてマネジメントシステムを拡充することの妥当性について述べ，静岡大学情報基盤センターにおける統合マネジメントシステム構築の活動を例に，そこで生じた ISMS から ITSMS 拡充の必要性や実現手法を紹介する．最後に ITSMS の中核要素である SLA の意義について考察する．マネジメントシステム統合化に向けた取り組みの資料となることを目的とする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) management systems such as ISMS and ITSMS do not inhibit the harmonization between them. In this report, we present our approach for the unification of management systems using ISMS and ITSMS. First we discuss the validity of the expansion of ISMS and ITSMS. Then we explain the necessity and practical methods of the expansion of ISMS toward the integration of ITSMS. Here we use the integrated management system of the Shizuoka University Center for Information Infrastructure as an example. In the end, we discuss the significance of SLA, the core element of the ITSMS.
