However, it is still required to take appropriate measures such as new base station placement in the areas where infrastructure is underdeveloped as in adverse indoor places and shielded subways. In this study we implement a Web access system to enable Internet access in such communication blocked areas by configuring an ad-hoc network with multiple Android terminals.
