• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，人間の顔のように形状が滑らかな物体（剛体）を対象としたステレオ動画像からの形状復元を扱う．距離画像とカメラパラメータが分かっていれば，基準画像の各画素に対応する他の画像の点の座標が分かる．これらの点では，各画像で同じ色が観測されるはずである．そこですべての画像の対応点の画素値の分散の和を最小化する距離画像とカメラの外部パラメータを推定する．このとき，基準画像の復元領域に格子状に制御点を配置し，4点の制御点に囲まれるブロック内の距離値は近傍16点からスプライン補間によって表すことで，復元領域全体の距離画像が得られる．また，格子点におけるβ値の滑らかさ拘束を導入することにより，この手法を実画像で検証する．推定の安定性を向上させることができる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We discuss a method for 3d shape reconstruction from a stereoscopic image sequence. Once the depth map and camera parameters are given, any image can be warped to the reference image. Therefore, the depth map and the camera parameters can be estimated by minimizing the sum of the variances among these warped images. The depth map is described by a set of bicubic patches, i.e. each patch is determined by cubic spline interpolation using neighboring 16 points. A regularization term is introduced to the cost function to stabilize the estimation. The method is verified using several real image sets.
