However, there are problems that they are separated communication channels and that user interfaces are differ depending on services and devices. We thus propose a unified communication channel that uses Twitter as user interface to integrate information sharing services. Users can use Web services by sending command-formatted tweets to an agent account. The agent account also tweets for feedbacks from time to time.
