If a lecturer can't recognize the browsing status of each student, the students may have lack of understanding about the lecture. In this paper, we propose Progress Management System for Programming Education to collect and analyze access logs to HTML learning resources by each student. Our system extracts students who can't keep up with the progress in the lecture with using our proposed metrics.
