 note = {本論文では，組込みシステム技術に関する教育プログラムとして実施した「組込みシステム技術に関するサマースクール（Summer School on Embedded System Technologies: SSEST）」の取り組みについて述べる．SSESTは，さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ参加者を想定して，実際の組込みシステムを各自で作成する事前実習と，コミュニケーション能力やドキュメンテーションの重要性を体験する合宿形式で実施されるグループ開発から構成される教育プログラムである．過去5年間で，6週間から8週間で実施するSSESTを5回開催した．SSESTの参加者に対して実施したアンケート結果から，本教育プログラムにより一定の効果が得られたことが確認した．, This paper describes an educational program on embedded systems, named Summer School on Embedded System Technologies (SSEST). Assuming that participants have different background and experience, the curriculum of SSEST consists of two activities: a prior individual training and a boot camp. In the prior training, the participants are required to individually do a hand-on experience of embedded system development. Then, in the boot camp, they experience team development, and learn communication and documentation skills. For five years, SSEST has been held taking for six to eight weeks. Questionnaires from the participants show that they are satisfied by this program.},
