Lecture videos are distributing via the Internet together with lecture materials. It is very effective to deep understanding to the lecture, and continuous study. In this paper, we report a know-how obtained from the experience that utilized this system for five years. And, we describe a design and development of the next system which are preparing now using this know-how.},
