The contest was planned by IS board of education. The purpose of this contest is the improvement in the quality in the information systems education. ISECON is carried out since 2008. The planning policy evolves for 3 years, and the change has also appeared in the education result. First, the tendency in the evolution is analyzed in comparison with the contest in a past. Next, outline and result of ISECON2010 are reported.
