 note = {「リーチサイト」が別のサイトにアップロードされた著作権侵害コンテンツへのリンクを集めた著作権侵害コンテンツへのユーザのアクセスを容易にし，著作権侵害を助長し，拡大させている．このリーチサイト問題については，これまで十分な議論や調査が行われてこなかった．そこで，その実態を明らかにするべく，経済産業省はリーチサイトの実態調査を行うこととした．調査結果は平成23年度末に提出されるが，本報告ではリーチサイト問題について基礎的考察を行うとともに，調査方法について紹介する．, "Reach Site", which collects links to illegal contents uploaded to other sites, gives a lot of users easy access to illegal contents and makes copyright infringement more complicated. Until now, this "Reach Site" problem has not been sufficiently discussed and researched. Therefore, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) determined to conduct a field survey. The survey results will be submitted by the end of fiscal 2011. This report shows the basic consideration concerning the "Reach Site" problem and introduces the prospective research method.},
