Thus, we developed fast GPU based homology search tool (GHOSTM) in our previous research. However, the performance of the tool was insufficient for processing a data obtained from a next-generation sequencer in real time. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to speed-up it by using many GPUs. First, we reimplemented GHOSTM to use multiple GPUs on a single node. Then, we developed automatic system to run the reimplemented tool on a number of nodes.
