ICT is important that inform condition of the patient to Hospital in advance and sharing such information among an ambulance, a doctor copter and hospital who accept the patient(s) are important to improve a lifesaving rate in the emergency medical services. However, a mobile voice call is mainly used in the emergency medical services, and use of ICT is limited so far.
