 note = {緊急医療の現場では、患者の容態をいち早く搬送先病院に伝えること、救急車・ドクターヘリ・受け入れ病院間でのスムーズな情報共有といった事柄が、救命率の向上のために重要である。しかしながら、このような救急医療の現場での ICT 活用は一部にとどまっており、携帯電話でのやり取りなどにとどまっているケースが多数である。本発表では、携帯電話の不感地帯も多い僻地の緊急医療において、救急車内の様子を動画で病院へ伝える映像伝送システムの有効性の確認および通信事情を考慮した最適な通信制御の方式について報告する。, It is important that inform condition of the patient to Hospital in advance and sharing such information among an ambulance, a doctor copter and hospital who accept the patient(s) are important to improve a lifesaving rate in the emergency medical services. However, a mobile voice call is mainly used in the emergency medical services, and use of ICT is limited so far. In this paper, I report the effectiveness of the video transmission system from ambulance to the hospital and method of the most suitable communication control for emergency medical services in the local areas in Japan where many 3G out of service area exist.},
