On the other hand, all-at-once deliveries of e-mail messages with large attached files may cause critical troubles in the service. For solving the problem, we have developed the “document distribution board” system, where a user registers a file through a website and sends the URL for that file to his/her receivers. By making the system compatible with single sign-on environment, the system becomes available easily for all members of the organization. This paper describes the outline of the system and its operational status in Saga University.},
