Posit ions and IDs of ficons are t racked by using a ceiling camera above an LCD table. The bundle of opt ical fiber projects an image below the bottom surface of a ficon, so that the image on the top face of the ficon can be dynamically changed without using an overlaying projector. The shape of the top face is variable including 2.5 dimensional non-flat surface.A fiducial marker is embedded in each ficon by arranging the array of fibers.
