report"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"静岡大学では、2010 年 4 月より、プライベートクラウド、パブリッククラウドを併用した、ICT 資源の全面クラウド化を行った。プライベートクラウドについては、従来の基幹システムサーバ群を、専用のデータセンター上に移行した。またここで、単に機器を移動させるのではなく、仮想化技術を用いた仮想サーバ群上に構築することにより、容易な運用、災害対策の完備、可用性の向上を目指した。パブリッククラウドにおいては、基幹システム以外のすべて、例えば大学公式、部局のホームページ、研究用、研究室内コミュニケーションシステムなどのサーバを、商用のクラウドサービスへ移行した。このことにより、プライベートクラウド同様、災害対策の完備、可用性の向上を目指すとともに、大幅なコストダウンを可能とした。一方ここで、クラウド化、アウトソーシングを行うにあたって、従来とはセキュリティの考え方、枠組みが変わることが問題となる。テクニカルなレベルにおいての変更にあわせ、運用手順の違い、および異なる心構えが必要となってくる。これら課題については、一般的な評価が定まっていないのが現状である。静岡大学の試みにおいては、プライベートクラウドにおいては、専用線で直結することにより、学内 LAN（DMZ） と同等の環境としている。これらは、比較的従来と同じ枠組みとなる。一方、パブリッククラウドにおいては、完全に外部の環境に委託しているため、従来の枠組みとは完全に異なるセキュリティモデル、およびポリシーを策定する必要がある。また、これらは単に策定のみならず、各ユーザへの周知、および細かな運用手順の確立が重要となってくる。本報告では、静岡大学のクラウド全面適用の概要を紹介し、そのセキュリティの評価について、ISMS And Public cloud system built on Commercial Cloud Services and Solutions. It has three advantages BCP, availability, costs. Both Cloud systems may have new security problems.
