Therefore, an organization is required for severe software asset management. To solve this problem, our research team has proposed a LAN access control system against unauthorized copies of software. However, in large-scale organization, the access control server can be a bottleneck because it is installed at an external connection point of organization and all traffic between PCs and external networks passes through the server. In this paper, we introduce layer2 switches with the web-based authentication function instead of that access control server.
