 note = {情報セキュリティ大学院大学では，デジタル時代の新しい教科書の姿を考えるため 「新電子教科書」 のプロジェクトを進めている．新電子教科書の特徴は，コンテンツ間で柔軟な引用を可能にすることと，収益をコンテンツ製作者に適切に還元することである．本稿では新電子教科書の特徴と教材の性質に合った著作権料の分配方法を提案する．また，既存のデジタル教材の運用上，大きな負荷となっている外部コンテンツを二次利用する際の権利処理の方法についても検討する, In “Institute of Information Security”, we have a project team of "New Electric Textbooks".We propose new digital teaching materials. There are two special features of "New ElectricTextbooks". One is content producers can get incentive, Another is content producer can easilysecondary use of other's content each other. We think we should not produce teaching materials onlyaccording to their popularity. In this paper, we propose a new method of royalty distribution. And, weexamine a method of getting permission of secondary use, which is big load for operation of digitaltextbook.},
